Plate Heat Exchanger

The plate heat exchangers consist of a number of corrugated plates. The plate package is mounted between a fixed and movable pressure plate, positioned by an upper guide bar and lower carrying bar, and compressed by several tightening bolts. The fluid is fed into the plate package via connections on the fixed and movable pressure plates. The arrangement of the plate creates two separate channels, enabling the two fluids to flow past and between each other without physical contact, leaving from the equipment again through connections in pressure plates. Plate with different patterns can be mixed in heat exchanger in order to achieve optimum efficiency at a given parameters. By installing muti-pass arrangement plates in plate heat exchanger, it also can handle more than two types of fluid.

Besides plate heat exchanger, we also develop other forms of heat exchanger. Accessen also can define right one from heat exchanger family according to design pressure and temperature in application.

Spiral Heat Exchanger

The spiral heat exchangers are compact and ideal for many HVAC and industrial applications.

Operation of the spiral heat exchanger:
The hot fluid enters at the center of the unit and flows from the inside outward. The cold fluids enter at the periphery and flows towards the center. Thus, true counter current is achieved.

Plate and Shell Heat Exchanger

Structure and Characteristics:
The plate and shell heat exchanger adopts advantage of plate heat exchanger, meanwhile making up for shortcoming of shell and tube heat exchanger. The oval transfer plate combine with shell distribute the stress evenly to be more suitable for operation under changing temperature. At the same time, to provide compact size, high efficiency, high temperature resistance and so on.

2. Corrugation plate generates turbulent at a low flow velocity, and overall heat transfer coefficient is 3000 w/m2 – 6000 w/m2﹒℃. (4 – 5 times higher than shell and tube heat exchanger)


Plate Condenser
Introduction of Plate Condenser
Accessen plate evaporator is a tailor-made product for condensed vapor under condition of low pressure or vacuum in evaporation and distill systems. Accessen plate condenser can meet specific application and capacity requirements.
Working Principle
Accessen plate condenser is specially developed for vacuum condition. It contains a big inlet for vapor and a small outlet for condensate liquid. The plate Condenser is composed of plate cluster of butt welded plates or demountable plates.
The plate is developed for best effectiveness of condensation. The passes are separately into wide pass (vapor side) and narrow pass (cooling water side), which can maintain a very low pressure on vapor side and turbulence on cooling water side. Therefore, it can achieve highest heat transfer efficiency and least fouling.

Plate Evaporator

Introduction of Plate Evaporator
Accessen plate evaporator is designed based on shell and tube evaporator and adopted from the advantages of plate heat exchanger.

Working Principle
Accessen plate evaporator is designed for evaporation, there are two small inleter and one big outlet, one big inlet for vapor heating and one small outlet for vapor and condensed water.

Our plate evaporator adopts the concept of plate cluster and every plate cluster composed of butt welded plates or demountable plates. Heated vapor condensate in welded pass and stuff will be evaporate and condensate in gasket sealed pass.
