1.Roll Forming Machine

Description of Sandwich Panel Forming Machine:
Our company offers professional polyurethane PU and EPS foaming sandwich panel production line. The sandwich panel is composed of two-layer forming metal panel (or panel made of other materials) and high polymer heat insulation inner core, which is made by direct foaming between panels and then maturation forming. In this way, this kind of panel is easy for installation, and it enjoys light weight and high efficiency. Besides, the filling system also adopts closing bubble molecular structure, thus condensation of water vapor is avoided.
4.Slitting Line and Cut to Length Line
The slitting line and cut to length line is mainly used in the steel processing and distribution center. They can process coil panels at required dimension so as to satisfy specific demands of customers in different fields.
Slitting Line
Description:
This slitting line is used for slitting raw material coils into strips. This machine can slit raw material coils into specific width. Our company has series of slitting lines, with thickness of 0.1-25mm and width up to 2500mm. The slitting line normally includes loading trolley, decoiler、guiding device (including lead head, press head, shovel head), coil head shear, centering and calibrating device, slitting machine, scrap rewinder, pre-distribution and tensioning machine, recoiler, and unloading trolley. And the main components are decoiler, slitting machine, scrap rewinder, recoiler, and PLC control system.
Cut to Length Line
Description:
This leveling cut to length line is used for leveling and cutting to length of panels. We have series of cut to length lines, with thickness from 0.2 to 80mm and width up to 3600mm. The cut to length includes decoiler, guiding device (lead head, press head, shovel head), pinch roll for feeding, centering and calibrating device, leveler, cut to length machine, stacker, and unloading trolley. And its main components are decoiler, leveler, cut to length machine, stacker and PLC control system.
5.Welding Tube Mill
Description:
This welding tube mill is the main equipment for producing straight seam welding tubes in many departments, such as metallurgy, machinery, light industry, and building materials, etc. This welding tube mill can roll certain specification long steel belt into tube barrels, and then weld those tube barrels into tubes. And this machine can be used to manufacture profiled pipes as well as round pipes.
The main components of this equipment includes decoiler, buffer pit, hydraulic shear, roll former, flying saw cutter, blanking table, and solid-state high frequency welding.

Description:
This radiator production line can be used in producing different specification radiators, with width among 535, 520, 480, 460, 320, 310 and center distance more than 500mm.
This machine has high automation degree, high forming quality, and high efficiency. The property of this machine has reached world-class quality.
The work flow of this line is as follows: automatic decoiling – roll forming – hydraulic punching and cutting – spot welding – seam welding – panel head welding – head cutting – edge shearing – run-out.
The main components of the radiator production line are automatic decoiler, roll forming machine, leveler, oil press machine, press mould, series welding device, head cutter, edge shearer, product conveyer, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, and electric system, etc.
